Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly. That means the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you provide it, the service you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics that profile you across sites, or advertising pixels. We don't buy or enrich contact data.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. We don't use these to identify individuals.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. If you send us an enquiry, we use your details to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. If we go on to work together, that record becomes part of our client relationship.

We don't add you to a mailing list, run you through an automated nurture sequence, or send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our CRM. We use the following processors:

• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• HubSpot — our CRM, where enquiries are recorded.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. Some are based outside Ghana, which means your information may be transferred and stored internationally.

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are removed from our CRM within [24 months]. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for [7 years] afterwards, where we need them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@projectbluday.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Client data

This policy covers our website. When we work with you on an engagement, we handle data inside your systems — your CRM, your support platform, your databases. That's governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page, and typically includes a separate data processing agreement.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
